Delaware and Chester Counties, PA—Jewel Myles-Arthur's first goal of the season helped the Delaware County Community College men's soccer team jump out to an early lead before Northampton Community College rallied back for a 3-1 victory in the Phantoms' home finale Thursday afternoon.
Myles-Arthur scored the lone goal of first half-action before the Spartans (5-4-1) responded with three-unanswered goals after halftime.
Currently ranked second in total shots (73) among all National Junior College Athletic Association Division-III players this season, Henry Gjergo was once again active on offense for the Phantoms (3-6), while John Lenart made his presence known on defense.
DCCC travels to Manor College on Monday for a 3:30 p.m. contest against the Blue Jays.
